The only book you need to read...
I Thought It Was Just Me: Women Reclaiming Power and Courage in a Culture of Shame
I've spent the last few months with my nose buried in books. Primarily this book I Thought It Was Just Me by Dr. Brene Brown. I was an amazing read! It took me forever to get through I'd read a couple of pages and then have to put it in the freezer. (Friends reference) Well, ok so I didn't really put it in the freezer. But, I did have to stop reading, put the book down and really think. I figured out so much about how I am and why I do things. I felt like my brain was about to bust outta my head....in a good way. I never thought that a book could be so life changing! I encourage anyone who feels like they are struggling with their emotions to read this book and I bet you'll find some of your answers here.
