January was a scary month for me because My pressure was really high 157/87. Which is higher than ever been in my life and my doctor was talking about putting me on high blood pressure medicine which is not something I want. I decided then it was time to really get back to eating healthy and fitness again. I recently joined a fitness app called #BurnThis which is really cool it's kinda like Instagram but for health and fitness related topics. If you want to check that out you can find me under Kat A. Back to blogging
I know it's been a long time since my last blog post. A lot of things have happened, a lot of things changed, and like any other blog that deals mostly with fitness you can imagine there was a good deal of not being fit going on. January I started the body beast workout and I've been doing that. January I also started doing the doctor Oz Total 10 diet which actually is going really well and I highly recommend it.
