But I decided to run again today, just a quicky and not really part of the C25K. Today I just wanted to see if I could run at 5.1MPH straight for 15 minutes. So today's shorty run went like this.
First a brisk 5 minute warm up walk at 3.5 MPH for .3 miles
Start Time: 11:00 AM
End Time: 11:15 PM
Time Taken: 15:00
Average Speed: 5.2 MPH
Distance: 1.3 Miles
And Finishing with a Brisk cool down walk at 3.5 MPH for .3 miles
Not too shabby...not as great as I'd hoped though. I really didn't think I'd be as whipped as I was. Oh well, at least I did it.
