My challenge is to:
- Do something active each day for 30 days
- Document your 30-day fitness challenge by sharing a fitness selfie with the #BREAKYOURSELFIE
- Share 1x a week to social media to spread the message
The challenge is called #BREAKYOURSELFIE and launched Friday, June 5th. The goal of the challenge is to do something active for each of the 30 days in June (technically 6/5/15 - 7/3/15) The message of the challenge is that we are all at our most beautiful when we are our authentic, active selves.
